Electrical/Electronics Technician

Responsibilities:
Industry leading Control and Software Company is seeking applicants to work with our custom designed rebar cutting, conveyor, and bundling control console. Primary responsibilities includes:

  • assembly, wiring, and testing of custom industrial control panel.
  • packaging and Shipping.
  • installation of control panel.
  • medium and low voltage wiring of industrial machinery.
  • follow instructions per company standards and design documents.
  • provide assistance to company’s customer base as needed.
  • understand the use of our industrial control equipment in order to train and support users.
  • learn the company’s primary users’ industry.
  • adhere to all company policies.
  • complete other special projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong Electrical/Electronics skills
  • Understanding of wiring schematics
  • Assembly, wiring, and soldering skills
  • Enthusiastic and Professional Individual
  • Strong communication skills
  • Applicant should enjoy travel (generally 3-5 days per trip, 1-2 trips per month)
  • Experience programming PLC’s and PC’s an advantage
  • Experience producing wiring drawings an advantage

QA Analyst

Responsibilities:
aSa is currently looking for a full time Quality Assurance Analyst to assist in testing our engineering and business software. The position requires working in a business office environment with management, developers and consultants from the design phase of projects through development and release of the software to:

  • understand new project requirements.
  • create test plans (manual and automated) and use cases.
  • define and set up test data.
  • execute tests and record test results for new and existing applications.
  • assist in error management, tracking defects and enhancements, using revision management software.
  • follow requirements of industry and company standards as well as project design documents.
  • participate in on-going education in company applications, database and software skills and QA practices as deemed necessary to successfully perform duties.

Qualifications and Skills:
The successful candidate should be detail oriented and possess strong analytical skills with education or experience in testing or developing software applications, a BS in Computer Science or MIS. Specific knowledge of Test Complete, VB Script, SQL Query Language, Access, StarTeam and InstallShield will be considered a plus.
