Connect to AsA DOWNSTREAM OPERATIONS

Run aSa.Studio in the cloud and you won't have to worry about complicated hardware requirements, data backups, or installing software. As an alternative, you can host aSa.Studio on your own web server if you want more in-house control.

EASILY DETECT CONGESTION PROBLEMS

Order Entry can automatically develop all bars required for common structure types, including Linear Steel - calculates stock and piece-out bars for a linear run; and Varying Bars - such as reinforcing for a sloped retaining wall.

SHARE DATA WITH OTHER MODELING PRODUCTS

Industry standard shapes for all major building codes are built into the system, but you can also design and take off your own custom shapes. Just like standard shapes, custom shapes validate dimensions and print on all tags and reports.

Solution Details

The ProRebar package combines Bentley ProConcreteTM, a powerful 3D modeling engine, with special aSa tools designed for rebar fabricators and placing firms. Quickly and accurately model all components of your structure, including concrete, rebar, mesh, connectors, and other accessories. The system handles cast-in-place and precast concrete elements. ProRebar provides a database-level connection from the 3D model to downstream aSa operations.From a single ProRebar model, you can automatically generate 2D rebar placing drawings, bar bending schedules, and parts lists. Changes to the 3D model update all related drawings and documents.
