New support structure and email to serve you better

SupportTo improve customer service across our entire product line, all our consultants will be expanding the range of modules they support.

Accordingly, we’re making some organizational changes. What you currently know as Business Applications Consulting (BAC) and Reinforcing Applications Consulting (RAC) are being combined into a new group called simply Software Consulting.

What do these changes mean to you?

Email addresses used to contact us with questions or issues will be changing. If you previously used RACsupport@asaHQ.com or BACsupport@asaHQ.com, you can now use support@asaHQ.com to reach out about any of our core reinforcing OR business software modules.

You can continue to use:

(Don’t forget our online help desk as another way to get assistance!)

Additionally, you may hear some different voices when you call for assistance. As employees become experts in new product lines, the pool of available help for particular software modules will continue to grow.
