We are excited to announce that aSa has created a new department: Customer Success. Leading the new department is Kim Ley, who was a long-time Manager in our Business Applications Consulting group. Becky Hamilton, Client Services Coordinator, is working closely with Kim on customer initiatives.
As stated in a May 28 announcement to staff, the primary focus of the new Customer Success department is two-fold:
1) To make sure aSa is meeting the needs of our customers in all aspects of our client relationship - including our software, products, and services.
2) To ensure that our customers are delighted and using the full capabilities of their aSa systems.
"I’m eager to take on the role of Director, Customer Success," says Kim, adding, "This role will provide me an opportunity to extend my relationship with aSa’s customers in a new direction. I intend to ensure the success of aSa products and services through increased communication and needs analysis."
"I really look forward to leveraging the Customer Success Department as we roll out aSa.Studio!" Kim concludes.
As Kim moves into her new position, Kristina Compton has been promoted to Manager of the Business Applications Consulting group. Kristina has been a member of the BAC group, first as a Consultant and then as Assistant Manager, for 20 years.
