We are very proud to welcome you to Pittsburgh for the aSa Software Forum 2023. While you’re here, enjoy some of the great and unique things our city has to offer – from the magnificent views atop Mount Washington to the Almost Famous Primanti Brothers sandwich (that’s the one with fries and slaw piled right on the sandwich), to inclines, museums, entertainment, and more. Hotel Information

We're moving to a new venue in 2023: The Westin PIttsburgh! Hotel rooms are $179 per night. This is a special rate for forum guests and reflects a discount compared to the Westin's normal room rates. After we receive your registration, we’ll send you a link to reserve your room. You will be responsible for room charges when you check out. Read the Terms and Conditions page for complete terms. All rooms are non-smoking.

Getting Here

Most participants will fly into Pittsburgh International Airport. In scheduling your trip, please allow 2.5 to 3 hours between adjournment and scheduled departure time. Information about Pittsburgh International Airport is available at www.flypittsburgh.com.

You do not need to rent a car. All forum meetings, breakfasts, lunches, and evening events are at the Westin. Restaurants, entertainment, and shopping are also within easy walking distance. We encourage you to take a ride share service or taxi from the airport, save parking fees during your stay, and enjoy the forum’s downtown location. If you do decide to rent a car, use the directions below.

The William Penn Place & Seventh Avenue stop is a two minute walk to The Westin.

Directions to The Westin Pittsburgh from Pittsburgh International Airport:

1. Follow airport exit signs toward Pittsburgh.
2. Continue following signs to Pittsburgh for about 17 miles.
3. When you reach the Fort Pitt Bridge, use the 2nd from the left lane to take the I-279 exit
4. Use the right lane to continue on Exit 70 B and follow signs for Ft Duquesne Blvd. Keep right to stay on Exit 70 B, follow signs for Convention Ctr/Strip District.
5. Continue onto 10th St Bypass.
6. Continue onto Fort Duquesne Blvd.
7. Turn right onto 10th St.
8. The hotel will be on your left.
