Permission to use image/testimonial data
I give aSa (Applied Systems Associates, Inc.) and its employees the absolute right and unrestricted permission to take photographs, use my name, and testimonials and/or to publish, reproduce, edit, exhibit, project, display and/or copyright photographic images or photographs of me throughout the aSa Software Forum in which I (they) may be included in whole or in part, through any form of media (print, digital, electronic, broadcast or otherwise), for art, advertising, recruitment, marketing, publicity, archival or any other lawful purpose.
I waive any right that I may have to inspect and approve the finished product that may be used or to which it may be applied now and/or in the future, whether that use is known to me or my employer or unknown, and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the image or product.
I release and agree to hold harmless aSa (Applied Systems Associates, Inc.), its employees, from any liability by virtue of taking of the photographs or using the testimonial, respectfully in any form of media.
Forum Registration
If you need to cancel your registration, fees will be refunded according to the following conditions:
- More than 4 weeks in advance - 100% refund of registration fee
- Inside 4 weeks - 75% refund of registration fee
- Inside 3 weeks - 50% refund of registration fee
- Inside 2 weeks - 25% refund of registration fee
- Inside 1 week - No refund
Hotel Reservation
Hotel rooms are $165 per night for single or double occupancy. Triple occupancy is $175 and quad is $185. This is a special rate for aSa Software Forum guests and reflects a discount compared to the Sheraton’s normal room rates. After we receive your registration, we’ll reserve your room for you.
You are responsible for all room charges and it is your responsibility to notify Sheraton Station Square Hotel if you cancel after 6:00 p.m. on your arrival date. Also, if canceling after Wednesday, February 13, 2019, you must notify the Sheraton Station Square Hotel directly. Any cancellations prior to February 13 can be made by contacting aSa.
